Users from our member funds and hospitals are able to register via our website. Once registered, approved users can securely access the AHSA website and other systems, such as Learnbook and the Secure Data eXchange (SDX).
- You can register for access and log in to your account or via the Register/Profile button on the AHSA website.
- Registered users can update their account details, including system and bulletin access, using the same Register/Profile link and then selecting My Profile in the top right corner.
- The Register/Profile link also provides quick access to the Secure Data eXchange, via the SDX Login button.

Key points regarding website and system access
- Only staff from our member funds or approved providers are eligible for registration.
- Please remember your username and password – your username might not be your email.
- Users have 3 login attempts – after this, your account will be locked and you will need to contact AHSA to have it unlocked.
- If you still have difficulty logging in after resetting your password, we recommend closing your browser and/or refreshing your cache.
